At Atlanta Restorative Acupuncture, we respect your time and are committed to providing high-quality care in a timely and professional manner. In order to minimize disruptions and ensure that all patients have access to available appointment slots, we’ve implemented the following No-Show and Appointment Deposit Policy.
No-Show Fee Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, when patients do not show up or cancel at the last minute, it affects our ability to serve others.
- If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $40 no-show fee.
- This fee helps compensate for the time reserved for you and the preparation involved in getting ready for your visit.
Card on File Requirement
To enforce this policy and keep our scheduling system efficient, we now require all patients to leave a valid card on file when booking an appointment.
- Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice).
- Your payment details are stored securely and handled with strict confidentiality.
This step helps us minimize last-minute losses and keeps our focus on patient care.
Appointment Deposit Policy
To confirm your appointment, a $10 deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The deposit is non-refundable and only applies to appointment balances.
- It will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your visit.
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will carry over to your new appointment.
- However, in the case of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
This policy is in place to protect our schedule, reduce last-minute disruptions, and ensure fairness for all patients waiting to be seen.
