At Atlanta Restorative Acupuncture, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible care to all of our patients. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for everyone, we have implemented the following policies:
No-Show Fee Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $40 no-show fee will be charged.
To help us avoid disruptions and accommodate other patients, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Card on File Requirement
To streamline the process and enforce our no-show policy, all patients are required to leave a valid card number on file when scheduling an appointment. This card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice).
Your payment information is securely stored and handled with the utmost confidentiality to ensure your privacy and security.
Appointment Deposit Policy
To confirm your appointment, a $10 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.
The deposit is non-refundable in the case of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice. If you provide sufficient notice or reschedule your appointment within the allowed time frame, your deposit will carry over to your new appointment.
